Pastor of Alleluia Ministries, Alph Lukau last month claimed to have resurrected a man from the dead.
In a video he showed to the public to defend his claims, he was seen resurrecting a dead man in a coffin brought to his church during church service.
The alleged pastor has finally broken his silence over the incident.
“I was busy with a sermon on Sunday when I was interrupted and told that a person in a coffin had been brought to the church but then before entering the premises of the church, the coffin began to shake, meaning the person was alive, I am really sorry for the misrepresentation of facts, the man was not dead and has never been in the mortuary as we earlier said.” Pastor Lukau said.
He was asked why the man was brought to the church in the first place,
Lukau responded, I am not sure if I can make a statement that he was brought to me. We are the house of God and I’m just a pastor serving in the house of the Lord. But I am sorry that we didn’t tell people the truth in the first place.
I think that they brought the person to church because they believed that God had the ability to resurrect the person. but still our brother was alive even before brought to church and we really apologize for not telling the truth in the first place.
After the pastor resurrection video popped out and caused public outrage, the resurrected man wrote on his Facebook timeline, I was truly a dead man, my resurrection is a pure miracle, and not fake, therefore, people should stop criticising the pastor and himself.
Few days later, a law suit was filed against pastor Lukau and his accomplice for misleading the public.
